Role Overview:
As a Key Account Executive at NW Group, you will have the exciting opportunity to start your career in account management. You will be responsible for assisting in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Support the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Strategic Planning:
- Help develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Support efforts to drive revenue growth by identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts under guidance.
Problem-Solving:
- Assist in addressing and resolving client issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support effective solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on account performance and client feedback.
- Assist in analyzing data to refine strategies and improve account management.
Coordination:
- Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Facilitate communication between clients and NW Group’s service teams.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
