Business Development Executive

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the trade, investment, or advisory industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
