Job Description

• Supplier Management: Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers, maintaining relationships, and communicating with them about orders and issues.

• Order Processing: Help in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.

• Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and negotiating pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and correspondence with suppliers.

• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to inform purchasing decisions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to purchasing activities and inventory status for management review.
