Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and addressing issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide product or service information and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Process orders, forms, and customer requests accurately.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to higher-level support if necessary.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining customer service documentation, FAQs, and guidelines.
Ensure follow-up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics like response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require higher education).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
Additional Skills (preferred):
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual skills may be a plus, depending on location.
