Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Relevant work experience in HR or a related field
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (Malaysia labor law)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Description:
To handle employee's disciplinary matters.
To recruit new employee (advertising, screening resume's, shortlist resume's, interviewing, preparing documents.)
To initiate and assist HODs to carry out employee's appraisal performance on yearly basis.
To settle employee's resignation/termination exit.
To design compensation and benefits packages.
To organize, maintain and update employee information as needed.
To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- HRDF, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc.To develop and update fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
To promote harmonious working environment (e.g: sports club, monthly outing etc.)
To arrangement necessary office equipments and access card (if required) for new employees.
To conduct induction for new employee and outline employee's probation training schedule.
To initiate and request HODs to carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
To monitor daily attendance of all employees.
To record and submit report on employee's leave and attendance.
To ensure the Quality and Environmental Management System conforms meet requirements of International Standard.
To prepare, implement, monitor and maintain ISO quality procedures of HR department.
To contribute to team effort in order to accomplish expected result.
To provide reports to management as scheduled.
To undertake assignments or duties assigned by Top Management.
To coordinate and implement office system, policies and procedures toward achieving the company's goal and objective.
To establish, implement and maintain operational control related to environmental.
