Sales Executive (Logistics Sector)

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and expand domestic sales operations by managing daily sales routines to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and achieve
individual KPIs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales calls and telemarketing to grow the customer base, while nurturing existing business relationships.
- Implement a pre-planned sales call strategy to maximize effectiveness and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics services.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Applicants must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree in the fields of business, marketing, logistics or supply chain management
- Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of freight forwarding or logistics
companies
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the sales industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in multilingual English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Good teamwork, mature thinking, self-motivated, customer-focused, and great phone etiquette
- Excellent & positive working attitude with high degree of self-motivation
