Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events to support organizational goals
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
Create and manage donor engagement programs to encourage giving and long-term support
Organize and coordinate fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and online campaigns
Create compelling materials (newsletters, social media content, proposals, etc.) to promote fundraising efforts
Manage donor databases and ensure accurate tracking of contributions and donor communications
Work closely with senior leadership and board members to develop fundraising goals and strategies
Track and report on the success of fundraising efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals

Qualifications:
Proven experience in fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of fundraising platforms and tools (e.g., Donor Perfect, GoFundMe, Eventbrite)
Self-motivated with a passion for making an impact
Experience with social media and digital marketing a plus
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field
