Job Description
• Provide excellent customer servicer per the standards of the Company, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure registration process is carried out according to standard
• Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to Front Office Supervisor
• Maintenance of guest information in PMS
• Maintenance of information about local events
• Assist with positive and negative guest feedback
• Ensure cash handling and banking procedures are carried out according to standards
• Fully understands duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
• Practice cost saving measures
• Build loyalty from guest by exceeding expectations of guests
