Job Description

• To coordinate daily activities of Housekeeping operations which include update of daily room assignment, housekeeping bin card, cleaning schedule, breakages items and lost and found items.
• Handle incoming message in official ‘whatsapp’ group and telephone calls to ensure information, requests are being communicated promptly to provide delivery of service to guest (internal or external).
• Coordinate operation activities for requests with Guest Service and Sales Departments
• Coordinate work activities for room repairs and preventive maintenance with Engineering Department
• Maintain complete knowledge, information of housekeeping services department and related matters, and to record all enquiries or request in the log book
• To prepare daily attendance of housekeeping outsource staffs and compiling record to submit for monthly submission to Housekeeping Executive for approval
• Updating and compiling inventory checklist of long-stay guest
• To perform administration duties such as preparing memo, requisition form, completing housekeeping inventory, OES items, linen, chemical, laundry statement in a weekly and monthly report accurately in a timely manner
Salary:
RM 1,800.00 Monthly
