Job Description
• Customer registration in system
• Attend to enquiry via phone calls
• Schedule patient’s appointment
• Process invoice and cashiering
• Prepare the equipment needed for Physicians and Therapists
• Dispense medication (training provided) and maintaining inventory levels
• Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
• To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• At least SPM with 2 years working experience in any field
• Basic IT knowledge
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
• Be open to learning new things
• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
• Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, in order to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- Salary:
- RM 2,500.00 Monthly
