Job Description

Assist in formulating and improving company HR policies, management methods, and related processes.
Handle daily administrative and logistical tasks.
Manage recruitment, employee relations, and related HR functions.
Implement attendance tracking, calculate employee salaries and social security, and stay updated on relevant national labor laws and regulations.
Establish, improve, and enforce company administrative management policies.
Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.
