Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Finance Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for overseeing human resources and financial operations, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, addressing issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as necessary.
Finance:
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement financial controls and risk management strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Accounting or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in human resource or finance/accounting
• Proven experience in HR and finance management roles (minimum 5 years).
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and financial management software.
