Job Description

Jobs Xpert Brilliant Sdn Bhd is a Recruitment Firm. We assist our clients with all the talent search processes. Our client is founded in 2012 and operating since 2014. It offers products in perfume, cosmetics, confectionery, fashion, and more.

Position: Sales Advisor – Full Time
Location: 64000 KLIA, Sepang

Job Responsibilities:
• Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
• Beauty savvy and customer service oriented.
• Provide luxury customer service levels to all customers.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products, meeting individual and team sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Provide expert advice, answer customer queries, and recommend products based on individual needs to enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure products are well-displayed, organized, and stocked. Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years in any retail field
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
• Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
• Able to speak in English & Bahasa
• The ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Remuneration package:
• Basic RM 2,000.00 – RM 2,400.00 (Junior)
• Basic RM 2,400.00 – RM 2,800.00 (with experiences)
• Transportation Allowance RM 450.00
• Meal Allowance RM 200.00
• Attendance Allowance RM 150.00
• Night Shift Allowance RM25/day
• OT Applicable
• Commission & Incentives Entitlement
• 6 days’ off/ month, 5-6 days/week
• 14 days annual leave
• 7.5 hours work and 1 hour break/day
• Able to perform 24 hours rotating shift including weekend & public holiday
