Job Description
Position: Team Leader – Full Time
Location: Sepang, KLIA 64000
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of Sales advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Drive beauty product sales by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring targets are achieved.
• Ensure the team provides personalized beauty advice, upholds brand standards, and delivers a positive, memorable experience for customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Oversee stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain attractive, on-brand product displays to enhance customer interest and drive sales.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations, ensuring smooth store operations and effective communication between the team and management.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years as team leader
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
• Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
• Able to speak in English & Bahasa
• The ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
Remuneration package:
• Basic RM 5,500.00 – RM 6,200.00
• Transportation Allowance RM 450.00
• Meal Allowance RM 200.00
• Attendance Allowance RM 150.00
• Commission & Incentives Entitlement
• 5 days/week (Monday – Sunday)
• 14 days annual leave
• 8 hours work and 1 hour break/day
• Rotational Shift: 7.00am – 5.00pm
11.00am – 9.00pm
1.00pm – 10.00pm
