Job Description
-Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues related to company products.
-Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and accurate information.
-Work in a team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
