Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drive Executive Sales Representative to drive our business growth in the Warehouse, Logistics, Automation, and Racking Systems industry. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales to help us expand our market presence and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including strategy creation, client negotiations, and internal coordination.
• Track project progress and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements and provide professional consultation.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT, and other implementation tasks.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure milestones are achieved.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the warehouse, logistics, automation, or racking systems sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Willingness to engage with customers in various time zones via video meetings.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
