Job Description
To develop production schedule details all tasks with target completion date.
To planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance & minimum delay.
To ensure material and product specification changes are planned appropriately, to avoid scrapy of obsolete material
To check and maintain appropriate inventory safety stock and re-order levels, where necessary to avoid any material stock out of situation
Register all materials in proper documentation
To carry out detailed material planning for all types of materials & FGs
To e able to analyse and update system planning factors such as accuracy of outing time
To be able to find key problems areas in planning and take action immediately & to be able to correctly plan, forecast to prevent any future crisis.
To optimize cost associated effects due to cost of production, inventory holding, stock out and capacity change during planning
To print out daily schedule for all sections and monitor the job order status
To participate and conduct daily production briefing or regular meetings with relevant personnel
To aware, record and monitor in ERP system of new orders received
To release orders on priorities required by customers
To provide job priorities to supervisors / line leaders at production lines
To analyse and update of process time data
To reschedule delivery date when necessary, with proper communications with relevant departmental personnel
To be able to implement planning software (ERP) provided by company
Follow ISO, GMP & HACCP policies and procedures in the production.
Any task assigned by Production Assistant Manager and Production Manager
Requirements
Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
Can work extra hour
attention to detail
Knowledge and experience in ERP System
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
