Job Description

Location: Islandwide, Singapore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : SGD2500 - SGD3000

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers face-to-face to promote and sell our products and services. Your primary focus will be to drive sales revenue and build long-term customer relationships through persuasive communication and effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, skilled at overcoming objections, and committed to meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Canvassing/Door Knocking
• Conduct cold and warm visits to prospective customers, introducing them to our products and services.
• Visit existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.
3. Sales Pitching and Presentations
• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Provide detailed information about products/services and confidently handle customer inquiries or objections.
4. Lead Generation and Follow-up
• Identify and generate new leads, actively following up on sales opportunities.
• Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure successful conversion.
5. Sales Target Achievement
• Work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
6. Customer Data Management
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Ensure proper follow-up and documentation throughout the sales process.
7. Market Feedback and Reporting
• Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
8. Product Knowledge
• Stay current on company products and services, including new features or promotions.
• Understand competitor offerings to better position your sales strategy.
9. Problem Solving
• Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales training is an advantage).
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and a proven ability to close sales.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
