Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
- Efficiently manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Preparing invoices and related documentation for payments from customers and suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and suppliers.
- Preparing payroll processing, including salary payouts and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF).
- Preparing and filing necessary documentation for account billing, bill statements, invoices, and related materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Embracing the core values of communication, open-mindedness, and teamwork.
- Prior experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
- Able to work at Seremban
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary:
RM 2,200.00 Monthly
