Job Description

Location: Sungai Long, Selangor
Industry: Pet Food Supplies
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000 (Basic + Commission + Allowances)

Job Responsibilities (English)
• Introduce, promote, and sell company products to existing and potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Manage customer orders and ensure smooth processing
• Monitor market trends and assist in organizing promotional activities, such as Pet Expo
• Consistently monitor individual sales progress to ensure targets are achieved
• Professionally negotiate with customers and close sales deal
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
• Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection
• Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and related documents on time
• Assist in sales forecasting and planning

Requirements:
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel within the northern region (e.g. Penang, Perlis, Perak, and selected areas of the
Klang Valley)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / ERP systems
