Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships. A successful candidate will be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, following up on leads, and using scripts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads from our database or cold call lists
Engage prospects in conversation to identify interest and qualify them based on predefined criteria
Set appointments for sales agents or account executives
Follow call scripts and objection-handling techniques to guide conversations
Update and manage lead information in the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments
Provide daily call reports and feedback on lead quality
