Job Description

As a B2B Inside Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their financial pain points, and offering tailored solutions using QuickBooks' powerful tools.

What You'll Be Doing:
Understand customer needs and provide impactful solutions
Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling and warm leads
Assist with onboarding and customer education
Drive strong sales performance using a structured sales strategy
Handle objections with professionalism and confidence
Provide insights to improve customer experience and sales processes
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of QuickBooks

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year B2B Sales experience (cold calling, account management)
Background in tech, software, finance, media, or accounting preferred
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to forecast and track your sales funnel with accuracy
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling capabilities
Proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus
Salary:
