Job Description
Deliver accurate information and route complex issues to appropriate teams
Follow documented workflows, data entry, and complaint handling processes
Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence
Maintain a high standard of service with every interaction
Communicate, kindly, and effectively with customers across platforms
Friendly and professional communication style
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights/weekends
A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Malaysian citizens only
Must have completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English
Leave Entitlement: 12 Days Annual Leave + 14 Days Medical Leave
