Job Description
✓Department - Inbound
✓Working Hours - Rotational Shift
✓Start Date - Batches starting on 3rd, 17th & 24th August
✓Headcounts - 45
✓ Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
Responsibilities:
✓ Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints,
comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
✓ To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
✓ Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
✓ Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.
Requirements:
✓ Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above
*✓Required language(s): English and/or Bahasa Melayu
✓Fresher or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
for this position.
✓ Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged
