Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

- Attending to inbound, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their cable subscriptions, cable tv plans, contract, cable/tv devices and monthly payments

- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly

SALARY PACKAGE:

- BASIC SALARY: RM 2,000.00
- KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500
- Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,500.00 per month

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Sun (morning, afternoon & night shifts)

- 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts)
- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
- Earliest shift starts: 8AM
- Last shift ends: 11PM

LOCATION:
- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
