Job Description
BASIC SALARY M2800 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 400 + KPI UP TO RM 500
EPF, SOCSO
12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING

BASIC ENGLISH
WILLING TO WORK ON ROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 5 DAYS WORKS AND 2 DAYS OFF)
WORKING HOURS: 7 AM UNTIL 11 PM (9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT PETALING JAYA
AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY 11TH SEPTEMBER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
HANDLE INBOUND COMMUNICATION INQUIRIES VIA PHONE, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT WITH PROFESSIONALISM
ATTRACTS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY ANSWERING PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUESTIONS; SUGGESTING INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
RESOLVES SERVICE PROBLEMS BY CLARIFYING THE CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT; DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM; ELECTING AND EXPLAINING THE BEST SOLUTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM; EXPEDITING CORRECTION OR ADJUSTMENT; FOLLOWING UP TO ENSURE RESOLUTION.
MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CALMLY RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS
PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT AND SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
