Job Description
-BASIC SALARY OF RM 3,000 ,NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE UP TO RM 300 AND KPI UP TO RM 400.
-RM 300 FULL ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE
-EPF, SOCSO,
-12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE, 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE.
-RECEIVE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING
-LOCATED NEAR TO LRT STATION

-SPM AND ABOVE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
-MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN (TRADITIONAL) BOTH SPEAK AND READ
-REQUIRE FOR BASIC ENGLISH
-WILLING TO WORK ON A 24/7 ROTATIONAL SHIFT (5 WORK DAYS AND 2 OFF DAYS).
-WORKING HOURS (9 HOUR WORKDAY AND 1-HOUR BREAK.)
-REQUIRE TO WORK PHYSICAL AT PJ OFFICE
-MUST BE ABLE TO START BY OCT 2024
DUTIES:
-RESPOND PROMPTLY AND EFFECTIVELY TO A HIGH VOLUME OF INBOUND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS, INCLUDING INBOUNDE CALLS, EMAILS, AND LIVE CHAT INQUIRIES, RELATED TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.
-MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE THROUGHOUT ALL CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS, ENSURING A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVEN IN CHALLENGING SITUATIONS.
-HANDLE REQUESTS FOR BILL ADJUSTMENTS, REFUNDS, OR CREDITS BY INVESTIGATING DISCREPANCIES, REVIEWING SERVICE HISTORY, AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
-LISTEN CAREFULLY TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, ENSURING THEY FEEL HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD, AND WORK TO IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE OF THEIR ISSUES.
-CLEARLY EXPLAIN THE BENEFITS OF THESE ADDITIONAL SERVICES, ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE AND ENSURING THEY UNDERSTAND HOW THESE ENHANCEMENTS WILL IMPROVE THEIR EXPERIENCE
