Job Description
• Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts.
• Identify potential customers through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
• Research and contact prospective businesses, using industry and news databases, social media, and the company website.
• Prepare sales and marketing presentations, and proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.
• Identify and cultivate key decision makers and influencers within prospective companies.
• Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals, as well as training customers’ employees.
• Establish and implement marketing and sales strategies, objectives, and tactics.
Key Objectives:
• Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Ensure healthy sales performance for assigned customer groups.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and communication.
Who are they looking for?
• Experience level: Those with one to two years of working experience in sales are preferred.
• Educational background: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Marketing knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of marketing principles is essential.
• Language skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Industry exposure: Previous experience in marketing or advertising agencies (event, digital, outdoor, PR) is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, particularly in handling customer inquiries efficiently.
• Customer-focused: with strong interpersonal skills.
Others:
• 5 days work week
• Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.00pm
• Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission up to 10K ++
• Contribute ：EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS
