Job Description
Vacancy: Customer Service Advisor (Korean Speaker)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Sentral, Malaysia
Total Salary: RM 10,000
Work Hours: 8am – 10pm
Korean time (7am-9pm Malaysia time), 5 days per week
Joining Date: 2nd April 2025 & 5th May 2025
Education: Diploma and above
Experience: GDS experience (able to handle flight GDS systems like Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus) with 1 year experience, relevant certification, or non-GDS experience is acceptable
Primary Job Functions:
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Maintain customer privacy and protect customer information.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Handle simple to difficult inquiries within a given timeframe.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher education
• Good Korean and English communication skills
• 1 year of GDS experience (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) or relevant certification; non-GDS experience considered
Note: The company will handle paperwork and relocation expenses where applicable.
