Job Description
ROLE: Customer Support (Mandarin, Cantonese, English Speaker)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Total Salary: RM 3800
Joining Date: 7th April 2025
Experience: Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a BPO setting)
Role & Responsibilities:
• Take calls and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
• Deliver excellent customer support and services, offering patient assistance at all times.
• Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
• Deliver customer support and services effectively through active communication.
• Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
• Abide by de-escalation processes involving dissatisfied customers.
Requirements:
• Good Mandarin, Cantonese, and English communication skills
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a BPO setting)
