Job Description

1. Communicate effectively at all levels both internal and external, maintaining confidentiality and creating a positive image for the company at all times.
2. Support sales ordering process, customer enquiries, maintain customers data, sales records, files and confidential documents as required.
3. Ensuring customer order from key accounts, distributors and e-commerce are being delivered and fulfilled according to agreed timeline.
4. To assist in preparation and provide support during sales events and product launch.
5. Extract B2B orders for MT customers and forward to KA manager and customer service for processing.
6. To perform any other task or duties to be assigned from time to time.
Salary:
RM 3,000.00 Monthly
