Job Description
provide computer-related hardware and software support throughout the organization.
Deploy IT training programs and share learnings across the organization.
Perform first-level troubleshooting in various ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Asoft, SFA, etc.)
Handle and assist with troubleshooting endpoints within the organization to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
Support first-level troubleshooting for devices such as thumbprints, door access systems, and CCTV units.
Provide system and user support remotely and during non-standard working hours when necessary.
Travel to branches to provide on-site user support as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent.
Willing to travel if require (Melaka, Batu Pahat and Negeri Sembilan).
