Job Description

Job Description:
-Invoice Processing- All channels (include sample form/exchange form/sampling prop)
-Input Lotte's customer delivery information into delivery summary file
-3rd party warehouse withdrawal & update inventory record & delivery schedule
-Prepare delivery summary for route planning after invoicing cutoff

Daily Flow:
-Retrieve PO via portal/email/fax & process invoicing before cutoff
-Prepare order summary for next day delivery for route planning
-Daily non fulfilment report
-Dock Booking
-Sales returned entry
-Ad-hoc within job knowledge
-update daily nonfulfillment report & circulate
-Loading Bay booking for next day delivery, send QR code to driver via WA after booking
-Process Sales Return entry into system
