Job Description

Responsibilities / Duties:-

Prepare and process tenancy agreements for new tenants.
Prepare keys and access cards and other necessary materials for new tenants.
Assist in negotiating lease agreements and closing deals.
Understanding customer's needs and concerns.
Respond and resolve tenant inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold customer service quality.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry and preparing reports.
Requirements:-

Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills for tenant interactions.
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Good teamwork skills.
Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an advantage.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Salary:
RM 2,000.00 Monthly
