Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our company through face-to-face sales and promotional activities at events and non-event locations. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, educate them about our products/services, and drive sales while providing an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the brand professionally at events, retail locations, and other face-to-face sales opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers to create interest and awareness of our products/services.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate key features and benefits.
• Drive sales by confidently presenting offers and handling objections.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while building strong customer relationships.
• Assist with event setup, merchandising, and promotional materials.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with potential customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
