Job Description
-Marketing Order Processing
-Logistic and Delivery Coordination
-Handling company website communication channels including calls, emails, Whatsapp, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), as well as Google Reviews.
-Stock Monitoring
-Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding company products, orders and services.
-To handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
-To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, retail e-commerce, purchasing departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
-To keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using designated software/system.
-To stay informed about E-commerce products, in-store products, promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
-To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any related field
-Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus point.
-Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
-Able to perform the task independently with minimum supervision.
-At least 3 years of working experience in Marketing/Customer Service/Logistic or equivalent.
-Good communication skills, coordination and negotiation skills, strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution of work initiative
